Story[]
It has been centuries since the evil Urgan Nagru ruled Castle Floret and Southsward. Southsward has become a strange wasteland; and Floret has fallen into decrepit misery. The castle and Southsward itself are now ruled by the sadistic ferret warlady, Morana the Vile and her horde of 1000 strong. Morana rules with an iron fist, and the resident woodlanders are forced to pay tribute to her. But in the barren countrysides, a revolt is growing. A revolt to overthrow Morana and restore Southsward to its former glory......
NOTE: You can play as: A soldier in Morana's horde, a rebel woodlander, or have no affiliation and be neutral.

Appearance: Morana is a sable-colored ferret with dark green eyes, a slightly scarred muzzle and a crooked jaw. She wears a silver breastplate and a dark green cloak, as well as a black belt with sheathes for her two swords.
Personality: Morana is a darkly moody, vicious and downright sadistic creature who is also paranoid and slightly insane, and executes whatever creature in her horde she fears is a traitor. She is a coward at heart, and lives for power.
Backstory: Morana's parents died when she was very young, and she practically raised herself, and was born with a certain darkness in her heart. Eventually, she arrived in southsward in a small band of followers and quickly worked her way through the ranks to become leader; with the band rapidly evolving to a full horde under her leadership. She briefly had a mate who she would later execute for apparent betrayal; and has been ruling over the once-abandoned Castle Floret ever since. She is so far unaware of the resistance that is slowly rising.....

Place of origin: A secluded section of the forests of Southsward
Appearance: Ziva is of medium stature and slender build. Her head is black-furred which then fades to a light grey which then continues into several separate strands of white which continue in randomized patterns down her back until it reaches her tail where it once again solidifies into black. She wears a dark grey tunic and wears a belt of the same color. Though she is not the most muscular looking, she is quite strong, and wields her weapon with ease.
Personality: Ziva speaks very little or not at all. Some speculate this stems from her lack of proper education, though when she does speak, she does so in a correct manner. Her mood is one of utter neutrality (if you would like to know how she ticks, you're going to have to find out in the actual RPG). Her family was part of a group of travelling acrobats, and she is quite adept at making use of air currents in the practice of gliding.
Weapons: Ziva makes use of a very unusual weapon, known colloquially as a "Sniper's crossbow." This weapon is mounted to a two-piece frame of hardwood reinforced by steel bands. Though large, it is surprisingly light and easy to conceal. Its only con is that it fires highly specialized bolts of ultralight wood shot through with a steel rod (To prevent the bolt from shattering when fired) and tipped with a five-point broadhead. Its effective range is approximately two hundred feet.

Appearance: An almost entirely black coat with the exception of a little white patch on his nose. He normally wears a barkcloth chestplate with shoulder guards that has a Scottish Knot on the front of it, with chain underneath. Personality: A strategic commander of his troops, ruthless interrogator, he is not a great attacker or conqueror but he can hold a position for weeks on end so long as the supplies do not give out. Often argues with Morana over the defense of Floret. He likes to keep tabs on most things that go on around the castle and in the horde.

- Appearance: A slender, quick-pawed (and quick-tongued) silver fox. Wears an emerald-green cloak with the hem embroidered with silver thread. Also wears a pure white silken sash through which his long gold-plated saber hangs from its white cord.
- Personality: Cool and collected always, nonchalant in danger, Cince Giltsaber loves long words and smooth talking, by which he always (well, almost always) gets his way. He once had a temper but he says he lost it one day and it never returned. (Note: He is well-liked in the horde for his calm composture)
- Weaponry: None but his famous gold-bladed saber with its magnificent ivory handle and stylized jewel-encrusted basket hilt.

Appaerance: A short, lean stoat with a navy-blue t-shirt thats too big, and lighter grey pants cut-off just below the knee, whole body is filthy with the workings of a ship(tar, etc)

Personality: Cold-hearted, calculating, cruel, and utterly realistic
History: Born of a tavern wench and a corsair, he's taken after his father and is now captaining his own vessel; The Seafang

Swiftflash "Deadeye" Trueshot (Rivershadow)
Gender: Male
Eye color: Light green (except in Bloodwrath)

Place of Origin: A humble cavern in eastern Mossflower
Appearance: Swiftflash's fur is a nice dark brown with a lighter brown in his face going down his throat and belly. He's tall and rather muscular, his arms, legs and rudder are well proportioned. By some he's seen as rather handsome, especially his leafy green eyes. He wears a dark green vest and a lighter green tunic.
A ferret tried to run him through with a spear while he was an otterkit and almost killed him. As a result of the attack, Swiftflash has a deep scar across his chest, visible when he's not wearing his tunic, and mental and emotional scars, including Bloodwrath.
Nickname: "Deadeye", so named because he's an expert shot. He goes by his nickname more often than he does his real name.
Weapons: Swiftflash's weapons are a bow and yellow-flighted arrows and a long-bladed dirk. In Bloodwrath, he'll use his teeth and bare paws as weapons too.
Personality: Where other otters are normally fun-loving, Deadeye's all business because of his past. He's polite, but wary. Deadeye can be quiet and reserved around most beasts, sometimes even to the point of appearing cold and heartless, though he doesn't intend to be.
Backstory: Swiftflash was born in Holt Rivershadow, a former otter holt in the east of Mossflower. Ferrets murdered his family and left him for dead when he was only six years old, causing him to grow up with a blood hatred toward them. The otter can accept that some vermin are good, but never ferrets. After the destruction of his holt, Swiftflash took up his mother's dirk, his father's bow and arrows, and made a blood oath, slicing his paw with the dirk blade as he said the words: "I swear, by your blood and mine, I'll avenge you!" He changed his name to Trueshot and became a roving wanderer.

Appearance: He has Grey fur with brown specks and wears a breast plate. He's got slightly longer arms than other hares.

Personality: Beo Longpaw is a kind of Hare who likes to be sarcastic to his friends & enemies. He will take sides with strangers and probably be a bit of a chatter box. He likes Redwall/Loamhege's Cooking, but can be a bit of a Glutton. But in battle it's a other story. He goes completely berserk, injuring or slaying any vermin he see's in his way.
History: Beo Joined the Long Patrol when he was a leveret as a runner. Over time he raised up the the ranks, being admired by the other young hares. Only until recently did Beo get the rank general and was sent to lower Southsward to help the rebels .

Personality: Anikin is a loyal and fighting otter, but knows when he is outnumbered and won't make foolish decisions that could get him killed.
Clothing: He has an old tattered tunic that has a belt across his waist
Appearance: His fur is a tanned color, and he has green eyes, representing his favorite place, the forest. On his neck and down through his shoulder there is a large, somewhat healed gash that was given to him by the enemies on the island, but it could reopen any moment since it is not properly healed
Background: He came from Mossflower but was captured and made a slave on the Black Island. He escaped along with other slaves, but suffered a large neck wound in the process that never fully healed. In battle, this slows him down. He ended up in the Southern Lands and learned of Morana's evil horde. Having experience in rebellion, he joined the resistance

Name: Slipshade
Species: Rat

Age: 17 seasons
Weapons: Doesn't like to have weapons, and would rather wrestle an opponent or kill them with his bare hands
Personality: Slipshade is most similar to his friend Hooktooth, and doesn't really think before doing something quite stupid. He's quick to rush into battle, and on many occasions has had to be stopped from getting into an argument by the elder Forbane or his father Graylent, while Hooktooth usually cheers him on. Hooktooth is like a role model to him, and he bases much of his own attitude upon Hooktooth's
Appearance: Like his father Graylent, Slipshade has dark fur, but it is very slick and thin. He has a red vest with a black lining and small dulled spikes around the lining. Along with this, he wears a black and red bandanna as well
Family: Son of Graylent, and adopted member of the horde of Graylent, which consists of the elder fox Forbane, the ferret Hooktooth, and the weasel Yerig
Occupation: Member of Graylent's group
History: Slipshade's birth ultimately killed his mother, and Graylent mourned over his mate rather than take care of his child. It was left to Forbane to raise Slipshade, but Hooktooth's influence got the better of him, and Slipshade began to strive to be like Hooktooth, even through all of Forbane's lectures and warnings of how he would eventually turn out

Appearance: Violet is a tan brown Weasel, she wears a red dress and a hat, she sometimes wears a blue pair of jeans and a tank top.
Weapons: Violet has a knife and a dagger.
Personality: Violet is a warm hearted Weasel and is also a kind young lady to her friends, she shares with her friends, and helps those who are in need
Backstory: Violet was born in the north of Mossflower, in an inn, where her family lived and worked, at the age of 14, Violet worked for the inn's kitchen and also was a great singer, there she met an otter named Lilia the Brave along with her brother, Barko the Brave, whom she was quite fond of, at the age of 16, Violet became singing partners with Lilia at the inn, one day after Violet and Lilia had finished singing, Barko went to Violet and confessed that he loves her, later that season, Violet and Barko got married, and she worked at the inn, at the age of 18, Violet had broken up with Barko, whom tuke the kid she and Barko had together, she then met a seer at Salamandastron, named Eden the seeer, leter she and Eden got married and she helped him and his friend run their inn back at Salamandastron, where they lived and worked together happily.

Appearence: Huge with greenish brown scales and a few strange few black scales on his head which look like an third eye. Personality: High intelligent and cruel. He likes it to play with his prey before he eats them.
Backstory: Xargul has lived in the dungeons of Castle Floret since the day of his birth. When Morana took control about the Castle he made a deal with her: She feeds him with prisoners and traitors and in return he spreads terror under the goodbeast in her realm.
